Your first session is 50% off the regular rate ($90 for a 50-minute session). This is a one-time offer to help you get started without pressure, and to see if my approach feels like the right fit for you.
Each insurance plan is different, so we encourage you to check with your provider to confirm coverage for services with a Registered Clinical Counsellor (RCC).
Please provide at least 48 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. If you cancel less than 48 hours in advance, I will charge 50% of the session fee. Cancellations made without notice will incur the full session fee. I understand that life happens, so please reach out if an unexpected situation arises.
